Terms of Use
The rules for using SignalCraft Tools.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms cover signalcraft.tools and the SignalCraft Tools software, including SignalCraft SpeedLoader and SignalCraft results dashboards (together, "SignalCraft Tools"). SignalCraft Tools is run by Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC, doing business as Dialed Funnels ("we", "us").
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using SignalCraft Tools you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so. If you don't agree, don't use SignalCraft Tools.
2. What SignalCraft Tools does
SignalCraft Tools connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to help you build, manage and measure advertising. SpeedLoader builds campaigns, ad sets and ads in your own Meta ad accounts at your direction, and shows how your ads perform. Results dashboards report the outcome of advertising tests we run for clients. You sign in to SpeedLoader with your own Facebook login.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use only accounts you may use. You confirm you have the authority to act in every ad account, business portfolio, Page and Instagram account you use through SignalCraft Tools.
- Your ads and your spend are yours. Everything SpeedLoader builds is created in your ad accounts because you asked for it. You are responsible for your ads, their content, their results and every charge they incur.
- Ads start paused. SpeedLoader creates ads paused. Review them before you turn them on. You decide when an ad goes live.
- Follow Meta's rules. Your ads must follow Meta's Terms of Service, Advertising Standards and any laws and industry rules that apply to you. We are not responsible if Meta rejects an ad or restricts an account.
- Don't misuse it. Don't use SignalCraft Tools to reach accounts or data you aren't allowed to reach, to break the law, to interfere with our systems or Meta's, or to try to get around rate limits or security.
- Keep your logins safe. Tell us straight away at tech@dialedfunnels.com if you think someone else used your account.
4. Workspaces
SpeedLoader groups people into workspaces. Everyone in a workspace can see its runs, plans and results. Runs built in a workspace stay with that workspace as its record, including after a member leaves.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, including data from Meta, how we use it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
6. Ownership
SignalCraft Tools, its software, design and content belong to Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC or its licensors. SignalCraft™ and related product names are trademarks of Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC. Your ads, copy, images and videos stay yours. You let us handle them only as needed to run SignalCraft Tools for you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep SignalCraft Tools running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error free or unchanged. It depends on Meta's services, which can change, slow down or limit access. We may change or stop features, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other users or our systems at risk.
8. Limits on our liability
SignalCraft Tools is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for:
- ad spend, campaign results, or actions taken in your ad accounts through SignalCraft Tools;
- Meta restricting, suspending or closing an ad account, Page or business portfolio;
- errors, delays or gaps in data returned by Meta;
- work lost when a login expires, access is removed or a service is interrupted.
9. Ending use
You can stop using SignalCraft Tools at any time, and remove it from your Facebook settings to end its access to your Meta data. The Privacy Policy explains how to have your data deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Using SignalCraft Tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
